Detailed Description
An Illumination is the moment at which an edition is revealed and the image beneath a Blacksquare becomes visible for a short time.
Illumination by voting
Each edition is assigned its own independent moment of Illumination. The very first illumination of an edition is randomly determined as soon as all 25 Blacksquares of an edition have been claimed.
Immediately after an illumination has ended, a vote is held to decide if further illuminations should take place or not. In order to vote for the next illumination, a part of distributed $OBY tokens must be used in exchange for Illumina.
Everyone in possession of Voting Tokens can participate in all Voting Events across all editions, regardless whether a Blacksquare is owned or not.
Each time 25 Illumina have been exchanged, a new date will be randomly assigned to the respective edition within the next 30 days. This process is repeated until all Illumina of my manifesto are revealed.
Failure within a voting
Failure within to exchange all 25 Illumina within a voting event results in the edition not receiving a new illumination, which hides the image beneath the Blacksquares forever and stops the distribution of $OBY of the affected Edition.
Total number of Illuminations
There will be a total of n=800 illumination events during inception one, spread among 55 editions. This number arises out of m=20,000 Illumina totally available and 25 Illumina swapped for $OBY per voting time:
It is not possible to predict how often one edition will be illuminated, as each Illumination date is subject to randomness. It may happen that an edition repeatedly receives new illuminations which will be closer together in time than the illuminations of other editions. As a result, this edition will have more Illuminations than the others.
However, the average number of Illuminations of one edition is approximately 14.55.
